I love Palm Desert. Our City’s leadership, however, is not what it once was. We need new council members who will focus on the vital issues of our City – not on special interests.
At age 54, I have never been in politics. However, I have earned the support of elected officials, civic commissioners and business leaders throughout the Coachella Valley.
I am a long-time desert resident. My husband and I raised our four daughters in Palm Desert. I am president of the Palm Desert High School Foundation and serve on many community boards. As a business owner and former country club membership director, I am fiscally responsible, know how to balance a budget and strategically plan for the future.
I believe in:
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY. I will cut wasteful spending;
PUBLIC SAFETY. Our community deserves to be safe and secure;
PROTECTING OUR HILLSIDES. Our codes must be strictly and evenly enforced;
SUPPORTING RETAIL AND TOURISM – This is the backbone of our local economy.
I will RESTORE INTEGRITY, ACCOUNTABILITY AND ACCESS to City Hall.
Finally, I will be a strong, positive voice for Palm Desert and will work hard to earn your trust. I ask for your vote.
